Dismantle motor components / clean and inspect all parts
Datum check- bearing journals and seating / shaft extension / shaft extension run outs / seal / commutator diameter / brush surface length.
Sourcing of Parts to be replaced (if required) from the Manufacturer.
Clean, Bake and varnish stator / rotor windings.
Dynamic balancing of rotating parts
Repair / replace all defective parts
